Memory Care Communities

Assisted living communities provide personalized supportive services and health-related assistance tailored to meet the individual needs of residents who require help with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). These are non-medical residential settings licensed as Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFEs) and regulated by the Department of Social Services. They offer a variety of apartment options and amenities, including 24-hour care and assistance, medication management, meals, transportation, social activities, and housekeeping services.
